What eventually lead me to jump in was when my employer laid me off temporarily due to some technicality. I realized then that I was the one in charge and responsible for my future and I had to do something about it. So I took some dollars I had, bought some tools and jumped into my first roadside assistance business.
Fast forward to today, I manage 5 companies, 3 service trucks, 2 tow trucks and a team of people who help me answer calls, pay drivers and assist with day to day management of the business. Business is boomin. I've definitely made some mistakes along the way but every bit of it has been worth it.
